*The White Mountains Balloon Festival has been postponed due to weather and will be rescheduled for in the Fall of 2018.

Will start out the day at 8am with Mattress Down the Mountain, $25 entry, cash prizes, a Wood Sculpting/Carving competition with chainsaws, Tug-of-War contest, Equipment Rodeo, Fun Zone, Charity Mush-Ball Tournament $100/team, and more!
*Movies in the Park, this Saturday, June 23rd, the new Beauty and the Beast. Start about 7:30-7:45pm. There are concessions.

*Boots and Tips put on by the White Mountain SAFE House at Porter Mountain Steakhouse Wednesday, August 22nd, 4pm-8pm. Live entertainment and Blitz Auction.
*Show Low Main Street, Battle of the Vans and Bands, Saturday, September 1st, 3-10pm at Frontier Park, Downtown Show Low. Looking for more Food Vans and Bands. Prize is $1000 for Food Van and $1000 for band!

Allison Hephner with Navajo County Public Health Services District shares more information about Special Kids with Special Needs Resource Fair, July 28th, 8am-5pm at Our Lady of the Snow, 1655 S Main St, Snowflake. Keynote Speaker, Susan Wolfe , workshops, presentations and more! Lots of great information at this Resource Fair.
Sandra Murray with the White Mountain Community Garden and Brenda Thompson with the Cooperative Extension of University of Arizona stop by to share Gardening for Kids. There is an upcoming program, Junior Master Gardener, Saturdays in July, ages 6-12, 8-10am. Learn all about gardening: soil, composting, how to plant, good bugs and bad bugs, pollinators, and eat fresh grown vegetables. $10 for entire program (4 Saturdays). Please pre-register.
