Below are details about the new Federal ID that is still a voluntary option in Arizona.

If you travel, you will need a Federal ID, this new ID or updated passport to get through checkpoints with the TSA at the airport by October 1, 2020. To see a list of what identification will be accepted visit AZDOT.gov/travelid

 

To get your new ID you will need to provide 4 documents:

Proof of Identity - Passport, Birth Certificate

Social Security Number - SS Card or W-2

2 forms/documents with physical address (with your name on it), a utility bill, credit card statement, etc
