The Navajo County's Teen Health Program’s mission is to increase
awareness of teen health issues. Offering education to teens and
their parents to increase their
- Increase awareness of teen health issues and promote healthy
decision making through education.
- Deliver evidence-based curricula for sixth through twelfth
grade students in schools, afterschool programs, and community
- Offer the Teen Outreach Program® (TOP®), an evidence-based
life and leadership skills program promoting community service
- Provide Parents and caregivers with resources and tools to
support their teen and communicate more effectively.
