-Even Lehr & Pamela Harp-Aralaud with The Lodge stop by to share information about their 5th Annual Free Thanksgiving Community Dinner (homemade). Dinner will be served to the public for Thanksgiving at The Lodge and they will be partnering up with Safe Ride to help get people to dinner and back home if needed.

-Allison Hephner with Navajo County Public Health Department talks about Children with special Healthcare Needs and the Coalition's upcoming Quarterly meeting December 13th, 10am-1pm at Solterra Senior Living. -Josh Mann with Mountain Christian School talks about a Charity Auction Fundraiser, Winter Wonderland coming up Friday, November 16th at 6pm. Open to the public. There will be live music, dessert, auction items, and no charge at the door. -Allison Hephner with NCPHD shares the importance of taking care of Sexual Health. Please make sure to do your annual wellness exam/visit with your primary care physician or nurse practitioner; pap-smear, mammo (every 3 years for ages 40+), testicular exam, etc. Also request to do an annual STD test, you and partner. You can have this done at your regular physician's office or with the Navajo County Health Department by appointment. There is a Holbrook location and Show Low. Stay safe and be smart about your sexual health.
